The first Friday of March each year marks a significant day where employers celebrate their greatest asset, their amazing people!
Across Evolution, we are proud to celebrate our fantastic Group of over 600 staff, all striving to provide continued excellence in the health and wellbeing of the people in our care.
Every day our people demonstrate their commitment to our Group’s purpose and values of integrity, commitment, collaboration, and innovation. Their excellence shines through from the many positive customer testimonials and satisfaction responses including our hospital’s high Net Promotor Score.
Sue Channon, Chief Executive Officer, reflects on the year past and how well the Group has navigated the many challenges thrown their way, both professionally and personally.
“Our staff continued to collaborate and achieve so much – from our Quality Awards, achieving our development program across our facilities, all while delivering outstanding care to every person that came to us. Thank you for all the exceptional support you provide to people in our care, and to each other.”
