Our Royston Day Surgery is a joint venture collaboration between Evolution Healthcare and a number of Hawkes Bay’s leading orthopaedic surgeons. With two large modern theatres and supporting services, our Centre will improve access for patients in the region who require orthopaedic surgical procedures.
With advances in technology many surgical procedures can now be performed in a day stay environment allowing for people to return home the same day where previously they may have required an overnight stay.
Due for completion in October this year, the multi-million-dollar Day Surgery at Royston is on track to open for private elective orthopaedic day surgeries from Spring 2021.
