Best practice benchmarking, provides an organisation the ability to evaluate various aspects of their processes in relation to other like facilities and services (peers). This allows for the development of plans to make improvements, with the aim of increasing performance. Benchmarking is a continuous process that enables an organisation to continually seek to improve their practices.

At Evolution Healthcare benchmarking is a key component of our quality systems and enables us to identify opportunities to improve health outcomes and promote a culture of excellence.

  • Health Quality and Safety Commission (New Zealand), Surgical Site Infection Prevention programme
  • ISO 9001:2015 Certification – Quality Management Systems

In addition, Evolution Healthcare undertakes clinical and health and safety indicators comparison and trending between its services and hospitals.
